Suspension travel of 120 mm – quite impressive for our “All Mountain Hardtail”! Sportive ambitions are already signalled by the upwardly orientated frame whose top tube slopes towards the seat tube. In addition, there are mighty 180 and 160 mm disc brakes for real lovers of velocity.

Right from the start, our Backfire Fun is ready to catapult its riders to all natural trail delights. No matter if in the Alps, in low mountain ranges or on nearby forest roads: “Fun” is guaranteed! The upright seating position provides superb overview: All breathtaking views along the way can be enjoyed without difficulty – even in moments when the fast bike urges its pilot to dash through the idyllic landscape with an aerodynamically lowered head. Simultaneously, also unfit backs and spines remain relaxed for a longer period of time because there is no need for permanent stretching stress towards the handlebar.

Due to its popularity, our Backfire Fun is available in four versions. Already riders of the model 200 benefit from the continuous frame concept. Next are Backfire Fun 400 and 800 with respectively different configurations. Finally, our fabulous “fun” range culminates in the top-of-the-line model Ultimate 2 featuring Deore XT components, a RockShox Reba RL fork and powerful as well as elegant Formula RX brakes.

All Backfire Fun bikes share our fresh frame tube design, the reinforced head tube section and our newly developed CENTURION saddles.
