Marathon / Tour

They are called “All Mountain Sport” or “All Mountain Marathon”. These bikes are “fast” and therefore suitable for competitions and long distances. On the other hand, they also master difficult courses while offering all advantages of a fully. This brings us straight to our new Numinis – also a well-proven classic which has already earned a lot of acclamation. A new feature is the elegant frame whose down tube curves slightly towards the head tube. The new frame enables the utilization of our new Float Link. This supported single-pivot system provides 120 mm rear suspension travel in a very efficient way. The same comfortable reserves are granted at the front. As in the identic cases of our Trailbanger and the new No Pogo, a Tapered Steerer compensates the physical loads occurring at the largely dimensioned steerer tube. |
Some CENTURION fans might wonder about the whereabouts of LRS. Don’t worry: This suspension system still exists in our Numinis LRS Ultimate 3 and the slightly reduced Numinis LRS 800. But all other models are “floating” now while utilizing suspension elements with standard installation lengths. Another technological highlight is the new Shimano 10-speed shifting system which comes, at least, with the models Numinis Ultimate 3, Ultimate 1 and LRS Ultimate 3. Of course, our Numinis can be used for racing. But hardly any other bike offers such potential for long and adventurous tours, too. Within our fully family, the Numinis has the widest range of application. |
