The suspension travel of our Numinis is 20 mm longer than that of the Backfire Float – at front and rear. This plus can either be enjoyed as additional comfort or be used to tackle slightly more extreme trails. Therefore: More roots, more technical downhills, more challenge.

Ideal for long-distance tours: The relatively steep seating angle characterizes the CENTURION Numinis Float as great climber while the comparatively gentle steering angle provides a lot of downhill safety. This turns the bike’s application range somewhat towards endurance sports: The rider is able to master long off-road distances while thinking of time measurement or podium positions plays a minor role – because you probably cycle for pure pleasure or in a non-competitive way.

The smoothly working Float system at the rear absorbs trail bumps without perceivable influences on the drive-train. There are also an effortlessly operating shifting system (3 x 10 gears) and a mighty front end with Tapered Steerer which provides maximum control. Therefore even the Alps can be crossed always safely and almost snugly – although pedalling itself still is, of course, your very own business.

Depending on individual configuration, our Numinis ranges around 12 kg – a weight that only few hardtails offered just some years ago. Back then, a test ride on a 2012 Numinis Float would have caused a feeling of outright enthusiasm – probably just like today…
