More than 25 years ago, CENTURION introduced the COUNTRY – Germany’s primal  MTB. This model set off a rapid flow: While technical development prospered year after year, bikes became always lighter, better and more beautiful.

What might have been considered sci-fi in the old days meanwhile has become standard for the huge BACKFIRE family: Fork suspension travel up to 100 mm, optional disc brakes and carbon or HFS frames – not to mention multidimensional down tubes providing additional stability and amazing visual appearance.
